Richard Newell Associates is able to assist in the preparation of Evidence and to provide Expert Testimony on Marine Ecology in Public Inquiries associated with major planning proposals that affect the estuarine and coastal environments.
Dr Newell has given evidence in Expert Testimony at many Public Inquiries and in a House of Lords Select Committee on the Humber. His evidence is backed by a major record of publications in the international literature and two standard textbooks on Marine Biology.
In March 2011 Richard advised CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research (CMAR) on the environmental impacts of marine aggregate dredging in Australia.
